Tips for consistent uniforms
Save one master logo file and use it for every order, so your colors and sizes stay the same each time you reorder. Keep the logo size and placement the same across shirt styles, and write it down for whoever presses the shirts. If staff wear different garments such as tees, sweatshirts and hoodies, add the matching print sizes for each style to the same gang sheet, and keep a few spare transfers ready for new hires.

What size should a left chest logo be?
Our size chart suggests 3–4" wide, centered over the left chest about 7"–9" down from the shoulder seam.
Can I order transfers for just one new employee?
Yes. There are no minimums and no setup fees.
Can I fit chest and back logos on the same sheet?
Yes. Put left chest logos, back prints and sleeve marks together on one 22" gang sheet.
Will DTF work on polyester work shirts?
Yes, DTF works on polyester and blends. Use the lower end of the temperature range and do a test press, since some polyester can show press marks at high heat.
How fast do uniform orders ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM CT ship the same day. Free same-day pickup is available at partner pickup points in Houston, Baton Rouge and Lake Forest.
