What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method where your design is printed onto a specialty film, coated with adhesive powder, and cured. The finished transfer is then applied to fabric with a heat press. No pretreatment, no weeding, no color limits.

What fabrics does it work on?
Cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, rayon, and most synthetics. It works equally well on light and dark garments — every transfer is printed with a white underbase.

How do I press a transfer?
Preheat your press to 300-320°F (150-160°C). Apply medium pressure for 10-15 seconds. Let it cool for about 10 seconds, then peel the film away.

How long do the prints last?
Applied correctly, our transfers hold up through 50+ wash cycles without cracking, peeling, or fading.

Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single transfer or fill an entire gang sheet. No setup fees, no minimums.

What file format should I upload?
PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI works best. We also accept PDF and high-resolution JPG, though transparent PNG gives the cleanest result.

What's the difference between DTF and UV DTF?
Standard DTF is for fabric and needs a heat press. UV DTF is for hard surfaces — tumblers, mugs, glass, wood, acrylic — and requires no heat at all. Just peel and stick.

How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed on business days go into production the same day. Most ship out the same day, with delivery in 1-3 business days.

Can I put multiple designs on one sheet?
Yes — that's what a gang sheet is for. Use our Gang Sheet Builder to arrange as many designs as you can fit, or upload your own pre-arranged sheet.
