01 What is a DTF transfer?
DTF (direct-to-film) transfers are printed on a special film with CMYK and white ink, then coated with adhesive powder. You heat press the transfer onto your garment and peel the film away.
02 What is the difference between a gang sheet and transfers by size?
A gang sheet holds as many designs as fit on one sheet, so it is the cheapest way to print many designs. Transfers by size are for one design at an exact size, ready to press.
03 When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 PM CT ship the same day. Most orders arrive in 1–3 business days. Need it faster? Choose 2-day or overnight shipping at checkout.
04 Can I pick up my order?
Yes, for free. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order at one of our locations. Pickup orders are usually ready in 24 hours.
Houston, TX: 14360 Bellaire Blvd #126, Houston, TX 77083
Baton Rouge, LA: 11135 Industriplex Blvd Ste 900, Baton Rouge, LA 70809
Lake Forest, CA: 22541 Aspan St Ste D, Lake Forest, CA 92630
05 Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one transfer or one thousand, with no setup fees.
06 What file should I upload?
For best results use a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, at the size you want printed.
07 What fabrics can I use DTF transfers on?
DTF works on most fabrics, including cotton, polyester and blends, in both light and dark colors.
08 Do I need pretreatment or weeding?
No. Your transfers arrive ready to press: heat, press, peel. No pretreatment or weeding needed.
09 Can you help me with my file or pressing?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us at +1 225 251 2421 and a real person will help you with your file, sizes or press settings.
