Below you will find shirt ideas for each kind of event, the right print sizes, how to plan the order and where to get the blanks.
Crawfish boil shirts
A crawfish boil is a natural excuse for matching shirts. Ideas that print well with DTF:
- A bright red crawfish graphic with your family or group name and the year.
- "Boil Boss" or "Head Peeler" shirts for the people running the pot.
- A company or church crawfish boil logo on the front, sponsors or names on the back.
- Matching aprons or totes for the cooks, using the same transfers.
DTF handles bright reds, oranges and fine detail on light and dark shirts, because every transfer has a white underbase.
Family reunion shirts
Reunions often mean many sizes, from babies to grandparents. Put the family name, the year and a design on one gang sheet in several widths: 5" for onesies, 7" for toddlers, 9" for youth and 10–12" for adults. Some families add a different color shirt for each branch of the family. More ideas on our custom family reunion shirts page.
Planning a reunion or a crawfish boil?
Fit every size and name on one sheet. Gang sheets start from $3.99 with no minimums.
Church event shirts
Vacation Bible School, mission trips, choir, youth group, revivals and church fish fries all look better in matching shirts. A front design plus the church name on the back or left chest is a simple layout that works for every age. See custom church group shirts for layouts and sizes.
School event shirts
Field day, spirit week, class shirts, booster club and staff shirts usually need adult and youth sizes in the same order. A gang sheet lets you put both on one sheet, plus names and numbers for teams. Our custom school and team shirts page has more ideas. Use your school colors and your own artwork; school and team logos need permission from the owner before you print them.
Mardi Gras and parade season
Krewe shirts, walking-club tees, rider shirts and throw bags are classic DTF jobs because one sheet can hold the krewe design, the year and every member's name. Purple, green and gold print bright on any color shirt. Order early so you have time to press everything before parade day.
